Five Members (Must be at least 18 years old, a city resident, and property owner within the City of Solana Beach). Members serve at the pleasure of the appointing City Councilmember. Each position is a two-year term. Regularly scheduled meetings are typically held on the third Thursday of each month at 635 S. Highway 101, 6:30 p.m., at City Hall, unless otherwise posted.
